The second book in my Detroit trilogy starts with a bang-up union conflict, and this seems like the right song to kick it off. I grew up listening to this album, which probably explains a lot of my subsequent development. This, Theodore Bikel, singing in Yiddish, and Miriam Makeba, singing in Xhosa.
